Since joining the Quantum Group team in early 2011, Andrew Shelman has proven his expertise in Sales and Client Relations & Support.
In addition to a previous successful career as a licensed real-estate professional with Keller Williams Legacy Partners, Andrew was co-owner of Senior Insurance Group Midwest, an insurance agency and brokerage. Approaching each client with personal care, he listened carefully, then analyzed the market to tailor the best package of products available to meet their unique set of needs. He brings that same sensitivity to Quantum Group.
Andrews professional attitude has continued to elevate Quantum Group's portfolio. Since joining the Quantum team he has helped broker over $100 million in tower and roof top assets. Andrew was also key in the development and implementation of key measures and goals that allowed Quantum Group to successfully transition into the cellular rooftop market when the data craze diverted carrier attention from macro-tower sites to rooftop densification.
Andrew is not just instrumentally valuable though, he pays special attention to all his clients making sure they are up-to-date throughout every step of the closing process. His persistence and attention to detail has given Andrew the opportunity to engage with and even contract some of Quantum's largest client portfolios as a direct result of his sensitive nature and ability to connect, uniquely, with each and every client he is in communication with.
Andrew studied Communications and Sociology at the University of Kansas from 2001 to 2005. He currently resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife Jessica and their two daughters.
